On November 27, 2019, the 12th International Economic Forum Caspian Dialogue, 2019 (IEF Caspian Dialogue, 2019) will be held at A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Leninskiy Prospekt, 33). The general organizer of the Forum is the Council Science and Innovations of the Caspian Sea.
IEF Caspian Dialogue is an annual event supported and actively participated by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Energy of Russia, Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Rossotrudnichestvo, Federal Agency for Tourism, the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia.
Information partners of IEF Caspian Dialogue are The Deputy Group of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for Relations with the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ANO Equality, Sphere Oil and Gas Magazine, Ecological Bulletin of Russia Journal, Construction Orbit Magazine, T-Comm Telecommunications & Transport Scientific Journal, Industrial Weekly Newspaper, Oil and Gas Field Engineering Journal.
The purpose of the Forum is development of international cooperation in study, assessment and development of the resources of the Caspian Sea, monitoring and jointly overcoming of natural, technological and geological risks, as well as finding ways to conserve and reproduce the biological resources of the Caspian.
After the signing of the Convention on the Legal Status of the Caspian Sea by the heads of state of the Caspian Five in Aktau in August 2018, additional prospects for the development of new areas of international cooperation in the region were opened up.
The central event of the 12th IEF Caspian Dialogue 2019 is Let’s Protect the Caspian Innovation Conference.
